TrickyDick: The virus grew so intense that none could stop their natural instincts from taking over. Human history requires events like this from time to time, but it was growing out of hand too fast in too many regions. Too much could go wrong in the aftermath, but too many people were already enjoying themselves to stop. A state of emergency was called and everyone was relegated to staying indoors.
