GLH: This was an edit of a MegaSweet picture regarding the character "Tattletale" from the online story "Worm". The "Original" image had her sucking off a dog named Brutus, but some people didn't care for that, hence this edit here (it was originally edited and posted on the Questionable Questing forum by one of their members).
