Anonymous²: there is no artist, thats korra's head from the actual show on a body from an hentia.

Anonymous³: @Anonymous: Amusing considering both this and anaxus are just tracing/edits/photoshops of other works. anaxus takes images of real girls and traces over them and pastes a face from whatever show it is, this guy seems to do the same but with 2d stuff
