upann: Not too bad, here are a few suggestions:
1) lower the Field of View value. You want a very low value to avoid fish eye.

2) Work on the lighting. Use 3 light sources, and work on not making everything look so bright

3) Reduce phong / specular. You don't want models to look so shiny, that's awful.

4) Lighting is crucial, but don't overdo it either. Dimmed lights are good.
