Boroder: I'm guessing since this is made in Blender, the fluid simulation was done within blender too. Blender's fluid sim is a little lacking in terms of "believability", but does get the job done. For the creator of the video, I'd suggest looking into Flip Fluids for blender. It's a little costly though, but if you're making money from your animations, I'd suggest investing in it.
