ASK: @DrPavel: Well, allegedly, the original, first-draft concept of Gwen was that she was supposed to be Ben's girlfriend. But even though I'm sure no sexual overtures would have been intended, people didn't like what that implied between two 10-year-old children. So she was retooled into Ben's cousin.
