Unless the creator states otherwise, I do not use twitter and can't see their post but I fail to see how this depicts rape. There are far worse examples on this site. All I see is a woman fucking his brains out and he can barely hold it. If it had audio where he was screaming for help then sure I would have been agreeing with you.
